We have renamed your club the RV Angels! Kay and her team were absolutely terrific and really contributed to the success of the event.  Our ticket sales ended up succeeding what we thought when we were first in contact with you and we will be making a donation to the club.

Lisa Kirton will be in contact to arrange it.  This year was really great to be able to get to know your club and see them in action, Kaye and her team have provided us with lots of really constructive suggestions for site management, and we had a great discussion about how the volunteer roster could run next year with Aussie Events RV taking on rosters.

We sincerely hope that your wonderful volunteers return next year and bring an additional crew with them.  They were absolutely terrific and we see them as a really important component as this event grows moving forward.

Len, good morning.

Please pass this message on to all the crew of the Aussie Events which help Marianne and I man the gates last weekend.

"Job well done."  we thank you for you time , attention and cooperation and extend an invitation to the Group to attend next year, same time, same place.

Would appreciate a list of  suggestions from the group, "created during Happy Hour", as to how we can improve, what we do, and how we do it, "talking about gate duties here."

We can't thank the members enough for the help they provided in the days before the show, during the show and clean up on Monday, nothing was too much trouble. What a friendly group of people, prepared to work but also enjoyed the sit down times with us.

Dear Len and all members of Aussie Events RV club,

               On behalf of Gympie Rotary club and the organizing committee of our MAKERS FAIR I wish to sincerely thank you for the fantastic effort of all your members over the four days of the event.

                Your efforts greatly lessened the load for our group of volunteers, particularly in all parts of the setting up and pulling down the event. The help with hanging and taking down the quilts was greatly appreciated. 

                 On a personal note, thank you Len for your insights into how to improve the running of the gates and parking and the event in general. I really appreciate the way you wanted to make the event a success.
